Garlic has anti-viral and antioxidant properties, which are beneficial for these patients. For this, boil 5 garlic buds in 30 ml milk and take them daily. That will give you comfort.

Grinding two garlic buds in ginger tea provides relief in asthma.

Boiling celery and taking steam of its water gives relief to its patient. Apart from this, boil 4-5 cloves in a glass of water for 5 minutes, filter it and make a decoction by adding honey to it and drink it 2 to 3 times.

 

The effect of ginger is hot, so it benefits asthma patients. Remove one teaspoon of ginger juice then make a cup of fenugreek decoction. Mixing ginger juice in it and mixing honey in it daily will benefit from its intake in the morning and evening.
